1. About the Consultation
A one-on-one consultation with Kajal Bajaj offers a deeply personalized experience that blends powerful spiritual sciences and practical tools to help you transform key areas of your life. The consultation includes a 30-minute guided session covering:

2. Booking Confirmation
· All consultations with Kajal Bajaj are available by prior appointment only.
· Booking is confirmed only after full payment of ₹15,000 is received and verified.
· Clients must share their birth details and any additional requested information in advance.
3. Payment Policy
· The consultation fee must be paid at the time of booking through the available payment modes: UPI, bank transfer, or any officially listed method.
· A confirmation message will be sent once the payment is successfully processed.
· No partial payments are accepted.
4. Rescheduling Policy
· Clients may request to reschedule their consultation by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
· Rescheduling is permitted once per booking, subject to availability.
· Any rescheduling request made within 48 hours of the session will not be entertained.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
· The consultation fee of ₹15,000 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
· Failure to attend the consultation, or failure to provide complete information in time, will result in forfeiture of the fee.
· If Kajal Bajaj is unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances, a new consultation date will be offered at the earliest.
6. Client Responsibilities
· Clients are expected to provide all required information, including accurate birth details, at least 24 hours before the consultation.
· Punctuality is important; late arrivals may result in a shorter session or cancellation without refund.
7. Confidentiality
· All client information, reports, and session details will be kept strictly confidential.
· Data will be used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
